To turn message reception on: Menu

Select: Messaging > Settings

Settings > CB activation: turn on (the tick mark has to be green)

Fourth step
Select the channel for receiving messages: Channel configuration > Receiving channel: My channels

Fifth step
To set the channel, select: Channel configuration > Add channel: Channel name: Attention, Channel number*: 578. *525 for messages in English

Sixth step
The channel will be added to My Channels list, make sure the tick is marked.
