First step

To turn message reception on: Messages > Settings

Second step

Select: General

Third step

Select: Cell broadcast

Fourth step

Select: Enable cell broadcast (the tick mark has to be green)

Fifth step

Select: SIM card cell broadcast settings

Sixth step

Add channel by clicking the "Channel list"

Seventh step

Enter "Channel name" - Alarm, enter "Channel number"- 578, select "Enable the channel" (the tick mark has to be green) and select "OK". Service is activated.
