To turn message reception on: Menu > Messages > Info Services > Set up > Service: select On.
To set the channel, select: Info Services > Set up > Active channels > New channel: Channel: 525.
To receive messages in all languages, select: Cell Broadcast > Cell Broadcast settings > Language: select All.
